The Prince de Condé is housed in an 18th century narrow town house and has only 11 bedrooms, making it one of the most exclusive secret hotels in Paris and a perfect place to enjoy your honeymoon. You will find the hotel in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, on the left bank and on the oldest part of the rue de Seine. This road dates back to the 13^th century and runs down to the River Seine.  This area of Paris started to grow back in the XVIth century.  We have many illustrious neighbors; the private house of the La Reine Margot is near the Seine and d’Artagnan from the Three Musketeers also lived on this road.

All our rooms look out onto the Rue de Seine. They are two per floor and our suite takes up the whole of the last floor. Our double rooms are approximately 18m2 they each have a queen size bed (160 X 200) or twin beds (2 X 90 X 200) and are very quiet and private due to a long entrance. The corridor walls have been decorated with brightly colored fabric from the Designers Guild .The rooms are beautifully and unusually decorated; the walls are alternately stone walls and red clay colored. On the back of the bed is a mirror which frames a bed head made from colored fake ostrich skin and the lights aremade of bronze. You will also find a Louis XVI armchair redesigned by the young artist Magali Jeambrun as well as an interesting wooden desk. The suite offers our guests the ultimate assurance of peace and tranquility since it is the only room on the floor! This room is approximately 32m2, has a fairytale view over the rooftops of Paris. It has all the comforts you would expect with its Queen Size bed and its own Jacuzzi in the grey marble bathroom.

The interior decoration of the Hotel Prince de Condé is in keeping with its historical setting. This area was and still is the area where many of the noble French families lived; writers, artists, intellectuals and philosophers would come and spend hours in cafés changing the world of the Arts and literature. These are the cafés that are so well-known nowadays; the magic and thrill still exists at The Deux Magots, The Brasserie Lipp, the Café de Flore and they still attract famous artists, fashion designers, philosophers and actors. This feeling of international artistic creativity that surrounds this area may also be found on our hotel walls with our collection of original artwork. In each of the hotel bedrooms are engravings by the artist Marco Del Re – an artist who recently created a series of frescoes in the Salle Pleyel in Paris. The engravings in the hotel were acquired from the Maegt Gallery.
