Mirroring the restaurant theme of aquaviva, or jellyfish, you can order bioluminescent drinks at the bar while enjoying the raw bar’s famous ceviche. We recommend the grilled mahi-mahi with smoky shrimp, salsa and coconut yucca, or the seared halibut with spinach and crab fondue. Aguaviva serves dinner from 6pm-midnight, but does not accept reservations.
