Built in 1942, Ariyasom Villa is a family-run hotel located in the heart of the Bangkok. With only 25 rooms, this intimate resort is an oasis among the bustle of Bangkok. Although it underwent major reconstruction in 2008, the villa managed to maintain its old world charm, without seeming outdated. Ariyasom Villa houses "Na Aroon," a restaurant that specializes in healthy vegetarian and seafood cuisine. They offer an array of delicacies throughout the day and boast one of the heartiest breakfasts the city has to offer (think freshly squeezed juice, natural yogurt, sautéed potatoes, eggs Benedict, etc.)
And guests don’t have to venture far to find leisure. Ariyasom Villa has a pool and Jacuzzi, as well as a spa adjacent to the swimming area where couples can enjoy a Thai massage. If you want to be pampered solo, Som Sena Spa also offers manis, pedis and shampooing. Guests can also enjoy a tour through the city on Klong Sean Saeb, a canal just steps away from Ariyasom Villa. The klong provides visitors with a quicker route to destinations such as the Jim Thompson house and Pratunam, a major market.
