I like to blog as if I am talking to myself. This way I can be funny, witty and relaxed. If you put to much thought into it you may find yourself getting writers block!

Let me know if this helps or anything else I can do to help you!

    Hello,

Okay I have a few questions for you first.

Assuming that the spending money you are referring to is not counting towards your room and board, I like to assume a travel budget as listed below. (You can always cut out excess money by skipping a meal, booking a property that has breakfast included and walking verse public transportation)

I also never like to budget someone’s gift spending. It is very simple to figure this out before you leave. If you are on a budget you should assume you are not buying anyone large gifts. This way you can avoid excess baggage weight charges and you cut back on the stress of trying to make sure you include everyone and over spending! If you feel you can’t bring yourself to not buy gifts, then I suggest buying everyone the same item for example, a custom postcard of your favorite location on the trip and the item that the area you loved is famous for! (for example, Italy is known for the rosary beads or blown glass)

Daily Breakdown of spending in US dollars. (Assuming that the exchange is still high)
    Inexpensive Breakfast $15.00 / 7 Euro (coffee & pastry)
Moderate Lunch $45.00 / 22.00 euro (assuming a mid level cafe, no alcohol)
    Moderate Dinner $110.00 / 75.00 Euro

This does not cover alcohol, transportation or tips.

    Hope this helps!
